One Page Plan is, as the name suggests, all the key business numbers on one page. Each measurement has target & actual performance numbers or percentages. Along side this is a short space to make comments on how key measures can be improved.

Starting with our Goal (for example - Double Profits), moving through our Success Drivers (eg: Customer Delight, Innovation, etc), to Key Sales & Cost Drivers (eg: Number of Referrals Received, Conversion Rate, etc) and finally to Key Results (eg: Profit, Cash & Value of Business).
